The Strategy and Finance Division manages the strategy development for WRDC, in line with the established vision and mission, as directed by Director General, including effective implementation of the following: Development of 10-year, 5-year and annual plans for WRDC and creation of detailed annual budgets for each division Development of key performance indicator's (KPI's) to support the achievement of strategic objectives Conducts benchmarking activities to support the strategic planning process, and manages and conducts benchmarking on behalf of other divisions. Formulates the finance and accounting strategy for WRDC based on the needs of the organization Develops detailed financial forecasts and monitors performance against each project / activity And, produces WRDC financial statements (balance sheets, audit reports, statement of sources and uses of funds) in accordance with legal and accounting regulations
